The Kent 46 development, located on the corner of 160th St. and 35W in Lakeville, is now the home of 58,000 SF Brunswick Zone, McDonalds, and a 26,000 SF multi-tenant office complex, with a fitness center and underground parking.

Seeing a connection between the needs of (1) a farmer looking into development possibilities, and (2) a client looking to build Brunswick Zone, EFH Realty Advisors assembled 15 different parcels of land from 4 different land owners to make Kent 46 happen.

The site’s proximity to Lee Lake created difficult terrain for the construction project, requiring special grading along the point of the shoreline boundary. EFH Co. completed the development project over a period of 2 years.
