Construction of this same-day surgical center on a medical campus in St. Cloud required installation of redundant systems for back up purposes. The surgical suite was built with related medical gases.

The building was constructed over the course of 10 months using a structural steel and masonry frame with a brick/EFIS exterior. Upon completion the move was executed over a weekend in order to ensure no disruption to clients and services.
