EFH partnered with HealthPartners to complete the tenant improvement and build-out of HealthPartners Clinic in Eagan, MN, located in a multi-tenant retail building at the intersection of Diffley Road and I-35E. The project included new exam and treatment rooms, diagnostic X-ray facilities, and supporting clinical and staff areas designed to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Delivered on schedule and to HealthPartners’ standards, the project strengthened our partnership and led to additional clinic expansion work.
