Forest Lake Retail

EFH recently completed construction of a new 8,000 square foot retail center along West Broadway Avenue in Forest Lake. 

The site, a former convenience store and car wash, required extensive remediation due to the underground fuel tanks for decades prior.  After completing the necessary removals and remediation, a new retail building took shape and will be home to three tenants, including Starbucks and Aspen Dental.  The unique exterior of the structure provides different finishes for each tenant while seamlessly blending them across the facade. 

EFH's decisive planning strategies helped minimize winter construction costs while still moving forward with the project, completing the project in the spring of 2020.
