Pet Fresh

Linn Property Holdings has recently launched Pet Fresh, a new concept in pet wash and grooming facilities.  This redevelopment of a 1950’s service station and petroleum islands included challenges with the removal of existing underground hoists, underground fuel storage tanks, and considerable contaminated soils.   The project features individual self-serve pet wash bays with the washing and drying self-contained in each bay. The building also has an attended grooming area for drop-offs.  The facility boasts of several features including concrete stained floors, tile wash bays, upgraded utilities, maintenance-free exterior, pet relief area, and great curb appeal.  Pet owners can now enjoy the convenience of washing and grooming their pets in a clean, modern, and well-maintained facility.
