Quality Ingredients Corporation, a maker of powdered food ingredients, was a growing concern with thoughts of expansion. In short, they needed a new, larger home. And EFH Co. was able to provide that new home, from the land to the planning to the actual construction of a new 40,000-square foot office/manufacturing facility.  

This partnership began with QIC's purchase of land on Rosemount Drive in Burnsville from EFH Co's. own property portfolio, creating savings for QIC right from the start. EFH Co. assisted QIC through the planning and development stages, designed the project, then built it.

The exterior of the building was constructed using Wells Concrete Pre-Cast panels ,a leader in food-grade manufacturing plants, aiding in the project's expediency and cost-efficiency. Work also included the installation of industrial dry-powder food manufacturing equipment, complete HVAC systems and offices.  

In a convenient twist, planning of the building incorporated the elevation change on the site into office space that overlooks the production facility.

This entire EFH Co.-Quality Ingredients partnership project, from land purchase to factory opening,  was completed in six months.
